Hello, I’m Kimberly.
I specialize in psychotherapy for Gen Z, millennial, and midlife women seeking relief from anxiety, overwhelm, and feeling out of alignment.
Our sessions are a collaborative journey—helping you gain insight, reduce stress and anxiety, set goals, create change, and highlight your strengths. It’s not just talk; it’s a path to understanding yourself and designing the life you deserve!
With nearly three decades of experience as a mindfulness practitioner, yoga teacher, and entrepreneur, I bring a holistic, grounded approach to therapy. As you likely know, wellness is key to mental health, and I integrate mind-body practices to support lasting transformation.
I hold master’s degrees in women’s studies and social work, along with certifications in Applied Positive Psychology, Veterinary Social Work, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, and Spiritually-Informed Psychotherapies from The Psychotherapy & Spirituality Institute.
Through my work, I’ve been honored to serve as a wellness expert for US News & World Report, Washingtonian, Huffington Post, Cosmopolitan, and various books, podcasts, blogs, TV, and radio.
Beyond therapy, I also host the Tranquility du Jour wellness podcast, create Tea with Kimberly videos to inspire intentional living, study French with Duolingo, and have returned to ballet in midlife. It’s never too late to begin again!
Giving back is central to my work. As a member of 1% for the Planet, I donate a portion of all proceeds to Pigs & Pugs Project, Borneo Orangutan Survival, and other meaningful causes.
My passion lies in helping you feel truly seen, heard, and understood, while guiding you toward a more meaningful life. Our sessions offer tangible takeaways, deep listening, and a nurturing, boutique setting curated to nourish the senses.
And can I just say how proud I am of you for taking this first step? Therapy is a courageous act of self-care? Reach out for a free 15-minute consultation to begin your journey toward transformation.
Oh, and I’m an HSP (highly sensitive person), so I understand the challenges of being a perfectionist, “too sensitive,” and easily overstimulated. I see you!
